Acropolis Neoclassical Mansion

Positive: An interesting apartment in an older building. Well maintained, and everything worked as described. Good value for the space and location.

Negative: There were cockroaches.

I mistook the type of property this was. My error. It would be great for person(s) with a budget. Positive: did not meet my expectations The host in spite of that was very accommodating and responded to our "no hot water" request Negative: 1. Location was in a sketchy area 2. Unfortunately, at our initial walk from the property there was a homeless person that fell into his makeshift location within a block of property 3. The A/C units were not working properly when we arrived. We took out the dirty filters and cleaned them, a few hours later they had cooled the property 4. The first morning after arriving, there was no hot water, the host sent a colleague within 30 minutes and corrected the problem
