Athens Sweet Home

great location - loved the greek cafes in the neighborhood Positive: it was a great location- a bit of a rough looking neighborhood, but lots of people out and about. Lots of cute little shops and cafes. Close to several streets with were busy with cafes, bars and lots of great food. easy to walk to the museums and the Parthenon. Negative: We arranged for check in time at noon, but the apartment was not ready. Then there was a problem with the hot water. It took them 24 hours to fix, and only after we called booking.com. They did not have towels to dry dishes, or paper towels in the rooms, coffee pods were not enough for the number of peolpe and the length of the stay. They were frustrating to deal with.

Positive: The apartment has 2 rooms, each with private bathroom. Furnitures are all new. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is approximately 1,2KM from the Acropolis entrance and the museum (walking). The are is close to restaurant and bars Negative: All was as expected

Great location and amenities. Positive: Location was fabulous and it felt secure. 2br and 2 bathrooms was great. Washing machine and large balcony a big bonus. Communication with managers was excellent. It doesn't look much from the outside but it's clean, comfortable and updated. It has a lift which was quick. Negative: We had a little difficulty opening the keysafe as we were an after hours check in but once in everything was fine. Smaller than it looked in photos but the huge balcony made up for that.
