Positive: Posizione defilata ma in realtà centrale. Molti i servizi del quartiere ( ristoranti, panetterie, librerie, farmacie, lavanderie ed un bel mercato della frutta il giovedì)che si rivela animato ma non caotico. Si può raggiungere agevolmente il centro dell’acropoli a piedi in 15/20 minuti. A ridosso della collina di Filopappo in pochi minuti di passeggiate nel parco si è in uno dei punti più strategici e panoramici di Atene.
