Excellent for groups Positive: The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The staff are extraordinarily helpful and kind. Negative: The location is a little far from most places we wanted to go, but still definitely walkable.

Unfriendly and inflexible host experience Positive: I like the position Negative: We had a disappointing experience with the host. Traveling with a child, we kindly asked for a slightly later checkout, but there was no flexibility offered. Even when we tried to coordinate and stay until the cleaning staff arrived so our child could rest, the communication remained unfriendly and tense. Overall, we did not feel any hospitality or willingness to find a reasonable middle ground, and we felt more like a transaction than guests
