Positive: Mukava, tilava, kodikas ja siisti asunto, tosi iso terassi. Jopa kolme wc:tä. Yllättävän hiljainen ja rauhallinen paikka keskellä suurkaupunkia! Hyvällä paikalla, ruokakauppoja lähellä. Hyvä mieli jäi kaikille, kiitos!
Negative: Astiakaapit liian korkealla. Hississä haisi viemäri. Suihkusta tuli liian kuumaa vettä, jos ei osannut varoa. Parvekkeen markiiseja ei saatu avattua.
