Positive: Très bien et propre, lieu bien situé Negative: L'espace et la localisation

Mala experiencia en Atenas Positive: Buena ubicación. Negative: Estuvimos casi 24 horas sin electricidad debido a un apagón. Desde el apartamento no nos dieron solución al problema hasta muy tarde, de hecho no contestaban los mensajes ni las llamadas, así que pasamos la primera noche en plena ola de calor sin aire acondicionado. Nos sentimos abandonados, porque viajamos con un bebé de un año y no podíamos calentar comida, ni usar la nevera, ni cargar móviles... Una experiencia horrible. Al día siguiente por la tarde se pusieron en contacto para darnos una solución. No volveríamos a este apartamento seguro!

Perfect for a stay in the center Positive: Location is perfect. You are in front of Acropolic as soon as you get out. Apartment itself us clean, cosy and everything looks new and polished. Do not expect any view though, it is surrounded by apartments. We spent most of our time outdoors anyways. Many amenities, like two ACs, a microwave oven, a nescafe machine, a regular oven, and many more. The best thing was the speed of customer service. They reply in a few seconds, anytime during the day. Overall we loved the apartment and highly recommend it. Negative: The apartment was slightly dark, but it was ok since you don't want too much warmth in summer. The entrance to tge building could be explained better.
