City Lights Athens,Family Suite

Overall it was great once we managed to check in. Positive: The location, size and layout of the suite, air conditioning, soundproofing are all excellent. Negative: The check in process was challenging and the staff was not very responsive to messages about checking in issues. We asked in advance for early check in twice but were never advised that it was not available so we showed up when we said we would but couldn’t access the property. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived to let us leave our luggage and then leave and wait again. It would have been helpful to know we couldn’t checkin early before we showed up. The area outside the door to the suite was not clean, although the inside was very clean.

Positive: Good location and good price. Everything you would want for a short stay with a group of people. Great bathroom. Has small kitchen as well if you want to make food Negative: the sofa bed could have been a little bit more comfortable

Positive: El interior del alojamiento, camas cómodas y muy limpio Negative: Nos dio problemas la puerta de entrada, tuvimos que esperar a que se solucionase el tema porque la persona responsable tenis códigos incorrectos y desconocía el funcionamiento alternativo de apertura
